Good morning. Wondering if the Guaranteed Muscle Mass program would be appropriate for me or if it’s geared towards newer lifters? I’m 30 y/o, been lifting for about 2 years, 1 rm for ohp is 190lbs, bench 315, squat 385, DL 425. I’m coming off a few cycles of Thibs Built for Battle . . do you feel that a few cycles of GMM to add some muscle would be appropriate at this time?
