I’ve been running your Guaranteed Muscle Mass program with great results. I was wondering how you would program the Plate Raise that you advocate into the split without messing with the spirit of it. I know you’re against overdoing volume and wasn’t sure if adding them to the upper days would be unnecessary, or if I could possibly throw them in at the end of the lower days. What would you recommend? I’d really like to include them, as I feel like they really help with adding to my yoke and fixing imbalances.
