GM To Squat Ratio

Can anyone tell me what my Good Morning Max should be compared to my squat max? I checked the archives but I came up with nothing. I was thinking 50% to 60%.

So my 1RM GM should be 80% of my 1RM Squat?


It depends on how experienced one is w/ both lifts. Its also a good indicator of where weaknesses lie, but 75-80% of your squat max is a general estimate.

I believe one of the westside members who answer questions on said your GM should be at minimum 60% of your squat.
