Do I need to worry about Glycerol affecting my low carb diet. It used to be that the number of carbs on my MRB did not take into account the glycerol. I understood that was because it does not stimulate an insulin release. But now, the MRB carb numbers are much higher, and I assume it is because the the government made them include it in the numbers. So, what is the scoop, do I need to take into account the number of carbs Glycerol adds to my meals, or don’t I? Thanks.
