I.didnt even think about this until i saw a carb count question on another thread but anyway...should I count the carbohydrates that are in glycerine and other sugar alcohols towards my daily carb count? My understanding was that they had a negligable effect on insulin levels. Someone clear this up for me
I asked this question a few months ago...everybody said to count them. Thus, I am avoiding bars, because with those carbs most bars have over 30g.
