Glute Injury

So I deadlifted too much one day, and the last rep that day just caused the weight to fall to the ground. But I wasn’t feeling any pain, so 2 days later I decided to play hours and hours of ultimate frisbee and some football. 4 months later it still hasn’t healed… and I’ve given up leg workouts (other than some occassional short joggin) and I do a lot of stretching but there’s still pain sometimes. Any recommendations?
