Glute-ham raises

Glute-Ham raises are recomended as an exercise in the “regular guy” section of training for growth surge stage 2. What is this exercise, I have never heard of it, at least not with this name.

You can find an exercise description of this exercise at Dave Tate’s site elitefts.com in the question section, but it requires a glute-ham raise machine. If you do not have access to this machine, John Davies has a modification that you can do, but it requires a partner and a lot of hamstring strength.
