I'm shopping for a glute ham bench, and I was wondering if someone could tell me why some of them (Power-lift, Samson, York, etc.)offer the rotating thigh roller pads. Does this feature make them more useful/functional? I've never bought one, so I am not sure what the best choice is as far as features are concerned. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want the best one available.
elitefts.com has the best glute ham benches
i use a roller ghr and i hate it, at the top of the movement you lose all contraction in your hamstrings, go with elitefts, its more expensive but its worth it
Just in case you didn't see the other responses, EFS makes the best glute ham raise benches on the market.
You don't need a GHR machine to do GHR. Just put a 4x4 into the wall (presuming you have a home gym) half an inch above the height of your ankle. Padding underneath, and there's your toe plate.
Thanks for the advice. I've bought a few items from Elite, and I've been 100% satisfied with everything.
