Glutamine is great, if you do a lot of work it cuts down on soreness and muscle brekdown. I dont think it works like a prohormone in encreasing muscle size to a noticible extent. If your experienced youll know exactly what I'm talking about. If you diet it helps in preserving muscle so you look more cut because you, of course, don't loose the muscle. It's a great supplement. you only need 5 grams before/5 grams after workout.
