I’m starting a cycle of Deca. Heard it was a good idea to use glutamine during and after cycle. Powder or pill? IS tablets better under tongue? Before or after workout? How many X a day?
I don’t know enough about steroids to give a full response. But, they actually might mean glucosamine this time. It’s rumored to help joints and tendons heal (not that I’ve seen any proof). As far as I know, those take the worst beating
