How much L-Glutamine do I take on days when I’m not training?
Come on, someone please answer. Is it like Ribose where I just take one serving (5 grams) before bedtime on days that I’m not training? Or do I take more.
Keep it to 5 grams. Above a certain limit the liver excretes it.
If you’re sore, bump it up to 10g.
It depends on what you mean by days not training. Do you do active recover as Tate or do you do nothing? For the person whom does active recover I recommend 20 grams: 5 grams /morning, 5 grams /pre exercise, 5 grams /post exercise and 5 grams before bedtime. For the sedimentary person: at least 10 grams, 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams in the evening.
