What about Creatine? Any latest research pointing to any marketing hype?


Creatine is a pretty good supplement in most eyes. Like anything it depends on the goal. Most people who try a good brand of Creatine like it.

Glutamine can be helpful when dieting.

Very debatable! Some say it works, some say it doesn’t work! I would think you’d take enough of them from very high quality protein such as CFM whey if you take alot of them. Maybe it’d be better suited for those trying to lose BF or recovering from serious illness, I don’t know. I think it was already debated somewhere in this forum or somewhere.
