I was wondering the best times to take Glutamine for my training schedule. I do 1 hour of weight lifting in the morning, then i go to school and after school i go to mma for 3 hours then i get home at about 9 and sleep at 10, i do this for 4 days of the week, then im off for the weekend.
I wouldn't waste your money on glutamine unless you want to repair your digestive track or fuel your brain.
If you are fasting and looking to do those things take glutamine on an empty stomach.
If you want to increase sports performance by taking aminos, try BCAA.
i already bought a pack of glutamine though so i would like to finish it off to get my moneys worth
