I wasn’t sure whether to post this in the newbie section or this one. It may be a rather silly question to ask, but I couldnt find a good answer to suit my needs.
I have a two fold question actually.
Is glutamine worth anything? I know its a Non Essential Ammino Acid, so I wondered if it was a scam like NO2. I did read that article about uncovering supplements but I dont recall it stating whether or not this stuff was bunk. And I’m guessing it must be in protein supplements like Grow! Correct? I took some L-Glutamine that I had bought a long time ago for a sickness this week and it seemed to help a lot. Placebo affect?
Are all proteins created equally? Meaning, would 20g of a casein protein be better than let’s say 40 g of whey protein? Or do they all pan out to be about the same in the end? Or is protein…protein?
