So I’ve been dealing with some insomnia and general restlessness the past number of months. Been researching like mad and trying to figure out what might be causing this for me. I read that excess glutamate can cause this and a lot of dairy foods have glutamate. Well one of my staple proteins is non fat Greek yogurt and to a lesser extent cottage cheese. I eat a lot of this stuff. Does anyone know if these foods are on the higher end of glutamate content? Any advice is appreciated. Thx
Try cutting it out. See what happens.

I just came across a few pages where it said that cultured foods such as yogurt and some cheeses have high amounts of glutamate. And like I said, I eat a lot of the stuff
