Glutacene During Workouts

the big problem with drinking a protein shake during workout, is guesswhat, you gotta digest it. If you digest it, lotsa blood has to goto the stomach for the process. Now where would you rather have the blood, in the stomach or in the muscles that you are working out?

i remember jmb saying you could drink carbs during a workout because they will be gone the minute you are done working out. So should you have your drink done by 5 minutes before your workout is done then wait another 10 minutes to drink your surge?
