Glutacene--beware

I use the Glutacene WHILE I am training only. I use 8 teaspoons–I weight between 205 and 210. Is this correct? I didnt know that you should use it on non training days also. I just take my post -workout shake after training–not the Glutacene. Should I be using the Glutacene also? What does your Glutacene dosaging protocol look like?
