What is the take on GDAs?

I take them myself, even on a near zero carb diet because of the insulin surge from ingesting 250G PRO in one meal (OMAD). Berberine seems to have the best write up but it is also linked to rise in AMPK - which is exactly what you don’t want pre-workout.
