Not sure this is the correct place to post this but seemed somewhat relevant to the injuries forum.
Im 17 and have trained for a year.
I came down with glandular fever last October and missed around a month of school and couldn’t train for a few weeks.
Then I couldn’t handle to much volume as I got tired quickly through workouts.
I barely managed to do my 5/3/1 sets and struggled with the Volume assistance work. I am still progressing at a good rate getting stronger.
I’m still struggling with the tiredness,and exhaustive side effects still 4 months later.
My question is if there is any advice on training/ nutrition/ sleep/ supplements/ that could help my tiredness to improve my self other than waiting half a year for the side effects to leave.
