Giving Up My Four Egg Routine

8-10 eggs a day for me, and they’re ‘jumbo’ size. Cholesterol is about 157.

EGGS ARE NOT BAD FOR YOU.

Dude, just get your cholesterol checked. Then you’ll really know and won’t have to speculate.

Remember that thread you made about making stupid posts?

I’m eating six eggs a day.

/irrelevant post.

x2

That’s what I was thinking when I opened this thread.

5 eggs every morning and my cholesterol levels are tremendous.

Pass the Tobasco sauce please.

There was a time, prior to injuries, that I was eating 12 eggs a day along with a lot of other “bad” food. I don’t remember all of the numbers but my total cholesterol was 163 and my triglycerides were 93.

I definitely exceed the 60g per day. I’m guessing most people on this site do. [/quote]

My breakfast exceeds 60g protein.

I don’t see how anyone doesn’t eat at least 60g of protein a day. Except maybe for gastric bypass patients.

He’s making posts for the sake of making posts.

Ignore.

Dietry fibre helps with cholesterol reabsorption in any case.

here’s a tip: ignore everything that “medical professionals” say

guess what causes high cholesterol ? wait for it…

…INSULIN RESISTANCE

Yeah? Are you just trying to criticize my question?

I’m just saying, that there are lots of things that eggs are. Bad for you isn’t one of them.

YOu could say that about anyone who posts in this forum. And no one listened to you because there are people out there who actually want to help me.

Thank you for all of those who posted here and shared their knowledge. Hereis what I have learned. Egg cholesterol doesn’t always affect dietary cholesterol. Controlling insulin will help manage health. THank you for all of the real life examples. They really helped/

Dude, if this hasn’t already been said; there is no connection between dietary and serum cholesterol. If you’re worried add some fish or flax oil and lower your satfat intake.

Definitely give up the four egg routine. Go with six.

If you’re worried about cholesterol oats are supposed to be good for that, and they’re certainly better than cereal.

Okay well that’s your opinion. You should have just posted that

That would have been a good answer right there.
