Give Me Some Ideas...

Here is what I have in my back yard.

Huge tractor tire…

Free standing water/sand base wavemaster MMA bag…

(2) Kettlebells 20kg/44lb…

Barbell with 150lbs of weights…

(1) dumbell with max 45lbs of weight…

Wrist roller with weight…

Jumprope…

20-25lb sledge…VERY heavy after a short period of time…

VERY strong oval and round exercise balls…

Give me some ideas of a circuit, etc…

I know I could google and I have. This is supposed to be a challenge to see what you guys can come up with.

My goals… Lose weight and improve fitness and most of all strength for grappling/mma.

Oh and yes I love triple periods…

have a strongman comp in your backyard with guys you know. thats what i would do, mostly because it would be fun.

then, at the end, when everyone is dead tired, go a few rounds mma, just grappling though.
