GHRs on Lat Pull-Down Station


Anyone have a pic of doing these? I'd like to get a mental image in my head before I attempt them.


kneel on the bench and hook your ankles under the pad that keeps the lat bar from pulling you off the seat.


Do you have access to a sit-up board/bench.... The kind with pads that go under your knees, and another set that you hook your feet under. I have found that these make the best set up. Just kneel on the board and hook your heels under the pads where your knees typically go.
