Ghrp-6 and Sleep

I read, through information someone has posted, that even during non-REM sleep males produce GH. The effects of GHRP can be amplified when taken before bed, but what about when taken before naps? Is there any reason I should assume that it simply isn’t worth it to plan out my injections before each nap I take? I’m looking at taking 200 before bed, 200 after workout then followed by a nap.

100mcg is supposed to be the saturation dose. I’ve read that over that your only getting 50% more. So better to use 100mcg multiple times a day.
