GHR/RH Substitute

I train at home and do not have access to a GHR setup or RH setup. Ive been doing barbell hip thrusts and RDL’s. What do you think? Acceptable replacement for GHR’s and RH’s or no?

Add good mornings to your RDL’s and you should be good to go. Jim has written that the GHR is a good exercise but not the be all and end all that’s it’s made up to be (paraphrase) and he also states that good mornings are the best assftance exercise for dead lifts.

Good mornings and SLDL - which you can do. Dump the other stuff…PLEASE.
