Since I’m 14 and not nearly done growing, I was wondering if I can increase my height by doing workouts such as Meltdown or Fat to fire which increase GH.?
Foot: Linear growth (and eventual height)is controlled overwhelmingly by your inherent genetic programming. Intrinsic deficiencies and excesses of GH can certainly have PROFOUND effects on linear growth, but the normal fluxes you see with exercise, stess, diet, etc. will have little effect on eventual height.
