GH/lactic acid training

Hey Guys this question is regarding the lactic acid training. I just started and its a good circuit training routine. But im wondering what im looking for as far as feeling when im working out. Is there a pump that i am supposed to feel or some kind of burn, or am i just supposed to be exhausted and out of breath? Haha you guys were right by they way, i puked the first time i did the routine…its awesome! hard core all the way. Thanks alot
