Getting to the Next Level of Shredded, Macros Counting Necessary?

Still following my plan and more progress in the last 2 weeks. I’ve lost about another 1% of body fat I think. I’ve had a couple of eating relapses, but I always keep the 2 steps forward 1 step back mentality to maintain some long term success.

Added jump rope at the beginning and end of my weight workouts and I think it giving me some extra help.
