Im not sure if its the Surge, but after my workouts I get very tired maybe like 20 mins later like I need to pass out. Is this because of the high sugar in Surge of should and is there a way of stoping it?

I usually eat within the hour but I mean it comes so fast I cant eat that fast. It also only happens sometimes. Would it be a good idea maybe to drink a small glass of oj so it doesnt drop to fast?

That’s what Barr does if I’m not mistaken. Just make sure you cover the proteins immediately post-workout.
how long are your workouts?
Im on CT’s ovt so its like an hour and a half if not more
