Not alot! Ive been in deficit for so long now its hard to say. Ive only ever strength trained properly once and got up to a 150kg squat and 110kg bench.
Ill be starting the strength training again soon. Im moving into maintenance calories for the first time in a while now.
Just trying to decide if my body fat is low enough to begin going into a calorie surplus or if I should keep pushing it down some more first!
Its a hard call! Looking at carb cycling to try and gain a modest 10-15 pounds this year without excess fat.
