Getting the Diet Started

Started a new diet on monday of strictly meats and greens and was planning to do some what of a carb load starting friday afternoon till sunday morning. Looking for some feed back or any ideas to accelerate my results.

My training schedule is:
Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Tris (heavy)
Tuesday: Back, Bis, Legs (light)
Wednesday: Off or some cardio
Thursday Chest, Shoulders, Tris (light)
Friday: Back, Bis, Legs (heavy)

Cardio is usually done monday wednesday, saturday with some ab work.

Only supp. I am taking are protein shakes and a multi vitamin.
