I am just getting into powerlifting and I am looking for some advice on how to get started. I weigh 160 and I deadlift 425, probably squat a little over 300 (havent maxed out lately), and bench around 170 (I need to bring that one up).
I am thinking about competing in a meet or a deadlift only comeptition if possible. What’sa good way to get started? I live in oregon and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good meets or deadlift competitions in the area especially good ones for someone who is starting out and looking to find ways to get stronger
