Does anyone know where i can get a good program to get started in strongman training. Presentally I am doing CT’s HTT, and some Renegade rope work, becasue I work 16 hour days and dont have more than an hour or 2 of free time. any suggestions?
Do you have any strongman equipment?
What kind of background do have in the gym. Powerlifting, Olympic lifts etc…
Depending on yourt background you may not need that much work, I had a pretty good fist few months due to the training I had already been doing.
