I think the best answer to your question is don't. Get used to lifting normally, do your workouts, put the work in, and take the progress as it comes. It won't take long and you'll be repping out your current max without any of the hyping up. You're a sophomore in high school, trust me when I say there will be plenty of time and things to be pissed about. When something happens and it re-lights the fire in you, you'll know and then you'll be able to get back to killing shit
