I will start lifting again to prepare myself for summer baseball. Haven't been in the weight room since January because of school baseball but I have been performing body weight exercises.
Over the course of September to January, here are my 1RMs from September to now.
Bench: 106 to 150
Squat: 190 to 250
Deadlift: 210 to 275
(I'm a 16 year old sophomore)
Any advice on what program I should follow?
