Ok so this has been goin on for quite a while. I’m not quite sure how to go about getting rid of this thing. Any advice?

Its probably due to a weak transverse abdominus. You can suck in your gut and hold it for about 30 seconds(make sure to flex the stomach while doing this). They are called vacuums and they keep your stomach in check. This will work if you are in the middle of a bulk but not if you are a lard ass :S

yeah, illegal abortion’s not pretty. One of the reason’s i’m pro-abortion, if it’s not legal, it will get done other ways, which tend to be very dangerous to the life of the mother-to-be.
