I have.

Since I’m not wearing knee wraps, I have to make up for leverage somehow. I found that high bar squats in powerlifting are better for knee wrapped squats since the high bar has to the potential to bounce the lifter out of the hole and knee wraps will exacerbate that effect.

I’m going to compete at 198

I’m currently walking around at 205lbs

I’m still using the principles of the Block Concept but my training has definitely gone towards looking like Mike Tuchscherer’s RTS programming.

In RPS, total greater than 1475@198 is automatically Pro.

I’m 5’7, so I’m a dense 198er and vertically challenged haha

I won prize money at the Europa a few years back and Gene has me compete in the Pro Division because of that.
