Squat 160kg
Bench 140kg (done this easy almost got 2 reps second had to have a lil spot)
Pull 180kg

Really focusing on everything but squat the most its my worst lift

Cant be fucked converting that to lbs because lbs are retarded

For what its worth I did Jims 5/3/1 boring but big version on a cycle 2 years ago. I was the strongest I’d ever been at 35… My DL & Squat went up about 100lbs after the cycle… Size was good too…Bench was great and OHP too only problem was I tore a tendon in my shoulder… Pushing heavy is great but remember on juice you have extra go power so make sure you warm up stretch and cool off properly on his program… Foam roll do all that shit cuz your joints are gonna get punished

2 weeks tomorrow

Have noticed a few small sides bacne and shoulder acne getting shit loads worse, last few days feeling irritated a lot for no reason even when I’m by myself and not doing anything I get waves of it. Waking up a few times the last few nights and I don’t feel as if I am in a deep sleep.

Still able to do cardio every morning i was told that tren makes cardio hard but I guess its still early in the cycle, strength isn’t goin up fast but it is slowly going up I am able to ad a little bit of weight on pretty much every day body weight is fluctuating heaps more then normal so its hard to tell if I am making any weight gains id like to stay under the 110kg for the meet in January. Pumps are feeling pretty big measured my arms at 18 inches the other day and I need to buy a new cuff for my bp monitor because it keep popping off when I’m checking bp, I have been checking bp twice a day and it is perfect everytime.

3 weeks in yesterday
Eod pins is a pain in the ass I have been pinning just about every where now so far I have done chest biceps lats glutes quads and delts. I would never recommend pinning biceps to anyone I put 1.6ml in my right bi and the day after I couldn’t bend my arm all the way it was so freaken sore I’m a bit reluctant to pin tris but ill probably give it a go.

Sides- my water fluctuates alot my body temperature is alot higher then usual but as for sleep I am not having any issues with night sweats or insomnia few weird dreams and I am sleeping alot lighter. Mood is a bit harder to control but no issues there really. Cardio is getting harder so I have stopped this last week gonna start hitting it again next week.

Strength is really picking up I can pretty much ad 5kgs on my lifts every week it is hard to imagine that this will continue like this muscles are rock hard and I feel as if I could run through a brick wall my quads seem to be blowing up insanely quick they are starting to become one of my best body parts pants are getting tighter, Abs have pretty much disappeared my missus isn’t to happy about that but she is pretty happy with the pounding she is getting almost every night and sometimes in the morning haha plus I have been rubbing one out when she turns me down because she is too sore lol my loads are tiny and my nuts are shrinking pretty quick now.

If the sides stay like this I am considering bumping up my shit to 1g test 1 g tren just to see what happens lol is this too much do you think?

Today marks week 4
Sides are getting noticeable now shortness of breathe is fucked I cant do any cardio at all even after sets in breathing like a bulldog. Sweating all the time I’m drinking so much water.
I decided to up my test and tren to 1g per week each not sure if ill regret this but guess ill know in a couple weeks
Since starting iv added 20kg’s on my deadlift 15kgs on my bench, squat has improved but not that much my 1rm has only gone up a bit but my rep strength is up heaps.

Yeah man so far so good I seem to handle tren pretty good. I’m a bit hesitant to put photos up my physique has been better lol I mean I’m getting pretty big and people are noticing mainly traps chest arms when I wear shorts people miring my quad sweep but iv got no abs anymore and Iv stoped waxing chest and back so I’m looking like a big gorilla lol plus my bacne and shoulder acne is pretty gross right now ill chuck up a couple pics at the end

Its been 1 week since I bumped up my milligrams and I sware to god the difference is insane strength climbing even my endurance is up i even added an extra 15kgs on my last set of bench and pushed even harder at the end my sex drive is getting to be a problem especially now that my relationship is a bit rocky and I’m not getting any in the bedroom but i cant even rub one out anymore it takes to long i just give up after half an hour of watching some pretty kinky freaky porn my muscle bellies are so full all the time and the pumps in the gym make my ego so so so much worse then it already is on that topic my ego is great i feel like a god all the time mentaly i have been an emotional wreck but I’m still happy all the time so I’m not worried. This cycle is great i would love to increase my gear more but i dont think the world is ready for that. This tren has created a monster

Either he committed suicide or fell from his 12th storey balcony while high. Do you understand all this affects not only the addicts but everyone related to them?

And this is something you should know. These guys were addicts because one or both of their parents were addicts. This is a fucked up cycle that may or may not end with their offspring.

Go fucking get help or you will end up exactly like them. It is only a matter of time. I have not seen any exceptions yet.
