you’ve already gotten fine responses and you seem resolved on some approach already, but my answer would depend on what your arms and physique is like now: if you are a newbie, and your whole body is not very strong or big, you have to stick to compound exercises and make everything bigger-once you can deadlift 400, you will rapidly be able to curl much heavier weights.

On the other hand, if you are already reasonably strong, pick one of the already mentioned specialization programs.
