Getting Myself & My Wife Back Into Training

Hi guys, been away a while, glad to see T-Nation is still very much alive and kicking! Anyway, to get straight to the point, work, marriage etc etc has kept me away from working out for awhile, but now I’m planning to get back into it with my wife.

I’m sticking with the good ole 5x5 regime. For my wife, her main aim is to lose weight (noticably in the tummy area and ‘tone’ up, I know, blasphemy), and improve her lungs.

I’m thinking of starting her off with the sprinting program after some research

what do you guys think?

Also, she likes long walks/slow jogs by the sea. Will that help or hinder her progress?
