Well its back to school. Time to go from being puny and weak to being big and strong!MUHAHAA! What kinda training should i use combined with my crazy ass diet?
I’m doing ian king’s bring in the pain to get the bulking cycle started and let me tell you it is pretty painful.
lots of heavy wts.,lots of rest, lots of basic exercises, and lots of food. I would also say never workout 2 days in a row. it realy is that simple. peace
