Don’t Diet will preserve more lean body mass than Fat Fast, just by nature of the difference in the two diets…


Fat Fast will lead to more RAPID fat loss for the same reason…it’s a balancing act that depends on your goals and time frame…

Agree with Mufasa 100%! Also want to add - Don’t Diet is less restrictive and easier to follow IMO.

SORRY azza…you clearly wrote “t-dawg”, but I have “Fat-Fast” on the brain! (“Fat Fast” has been all OVER the board lately!)


The idea holds true, though…more preservation with “Don’t Diet”…more rapid fat loss with “T-Dawg” (in general)…“T-Dawg” can be a little tricky, though if one just thinks that it’s a liscense to go “hog wild”…

Hey Azza. I’d go with Don’t Diet, with iso-caloric macro breakdowns, and make sure the first meal is P + C and the last is P + F.
