I’m planning my second cycle, which will start towards the end of April.
24 years old- 6 years training
6’2" 203 lbs 12-13% bf
I did my first cycle this last summer, which looked like this:
Week 1-11 Test Enth 500mg/week (250 mg E3D)
Week 1-13 Anastrazole (O.25 mg EOD) reducing to 0.125mg EOD in last week
Week 14 Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg 2x/day
Week 15-17 Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg/day
didn’t run HCG, and balls came back fine during PCT. I know how it goes around here though, i’ll catch some grief about the lack of HCG.
First cycle was great. Gained 13 pounds and kept 10 of it after PCT.
I was bulking before my cycle started and was around 12 % bf.
During my cycle I wanted to maximize my gains so i ate like a hound, and gain I did. My BF % remained about the same throughout the cycle as my weight increased and after PCT was all done by bf% was still and is still right around 12-13%.
This is relatively lean but i want to be sub 10% bf this summer.
I’m planning on cutting to a lower bf before i start my next cycle and want to lean bulk, or remain at a low bf while putting on muscle during it.
What is your guys’ take on this approach? Here’s what i’ll be running, may be tweaked a little but this is the idea. (i know i should expect some bloat)
week 1-4 Dbol 30mg/day
week 1-12 Test E 750 mg/week (between 2 pins/week)
Week 1-14 Anastrazole (O.25 mg EOD) reducing to 0.125mg EOD in last week
Week 15 Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg 2x/day
Week 16-18 Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg/day
I just wrote out the same PCT protocol as my last cycle but i may want to tweak that based on my dosage differences.
