Had to chuck in lats and biceps todays as i didnt have chance to go rock climbing, so things were changed around a bit

Then a lot of lat and bicep work with little rest, took just over an hour

Went for the more volume less maximal work today, consequently rep speed was much quicker in the latter exercises and i feel quite good since training!

Rubbish session today life is beating me up at the moment and had a rough night, just did some sub maximal sets of squats and dips, everything felt heavy, and had no motivation so just gave up and left
