This is actually a smart move, and I wish I had tried it. Most people have no idea what the fuck is going on as a freshman in high school (or college tbh), but putting yourself out there is a great thing to get comfortable with. Youāll be really glad you did that, some day. Not everyone scores on the night of a dance. Iād go so far as to say that most people donāt. Itās really not a big deal, Iām just happy that you had a good time!!
carries. maybe 2-4 runs every time you train with it. you could do runs for max distance (no drops), and max speed for 50-80 feet. For the max distance carries, youād stay at fewer sets, like 2. For the sprints, 4ish runs per session is fine. You could do this 1-2 times a week if you want, alternating betweeen distance and speed days.
First preseason wrestling practice today. Thought Iād be ok; nope. Fucking gassed
Also, the kid that kept pinning me that I thought was like 160 was actually 205
*Edit- having 89.17 and 89.47 as grades is really annoying

Wrestling practice day 3
Easier practice (or Iām just getting used to it), reviewed hand fighting/āfootballā snaping to break down an opponent, double leg and power steal takedowns
