Holy crap you’re a big fuckin’ 14 year old. Not bad lifts to begin with, are you training to be a power-lifter that you’re goals are based around those 3 numbers?

i forgot to put millitary press i dont know if those are my maxes those were last time around this week is my one rep max week and i will up date those i am on a 5/3/1 work out and millitary press bench squat and dead lift are my main lifts
