I havent seriously lifted weights for about a year now because of numerous reasons, mainly school and going through physical therapy for piriformis syndrome. Like NTroych said, more info would help narrow things down a bit. Silly little details like your height, weight, and goals. Without knowing stuff like that, not much to suggest. Lifting 3-5 days a week, maybe some cardio 2-4 days a week, details to be determined.
I’m presuming your issues are all cleared up and you’re 100% ready for full, unrestricted training?
