I'm 6' 175lbs skinny build broad shoulders beginning of a beer belly. Used to work out every day in high school want to get back into it, but never really got anywhere back in HS.
I have bowflex select tech dumbbells, a adjustable bench, and a pull up bar. I was thinking 100 push ups, pull ups ab crunches, maybe some running and then focus on chest one day arms next so on so on. I can also go to the gym for legs and such. I know I'm supposed to eat a lot working on that as I'm poor student working for minimum wage, but being a cook has its benefits.
Any advice is appreciated
