Hey guys, I’ve been out of the game for 5 months. I had problems with my head and neck (from a concussion). My neck is finally getting better, and in about 2 weeks I wanna start back lifting. I want to do Built Like A Badass, but iono if I should go straight to that or go into it more slowly? And if so how?
I would probably build into it over a couple of weeks myself, so the tendons and connective tissue has at least some time to adapt. This way you’ll also avoid getting so sore you’ll miss a workout
Don’t know if it’s necessary, but it certainly wont hurt. Just use lighter weights than you normally would.
And congrats on feeling better, I imagine you’re psyched as hell!!
