How to train and eat to lose bf and keep the hard earned muscle?

Eat a little less food, keep lifting heavy. Do some sprints 2-4 times a week also. Those are the basics.

look up the mutation series by CT or try some meltdown training. Just a couple programs/artciles that come to mind.

You might want to start at 85% of maitainance calories.

JB’s get shredded diet works outstandin as well, in 3 weeks I lost 2.5 inches on waist dropped about 12 pounds and maintained strength on most lifts…Should only be used if you have been eating properly for the past few months…

I’ve overlooked this somehow. The program looks pretty solid, I think I’m going to try it.

Been there, done that. I had lost so much strength in my last stint I don’t care too much if I lose a bit now. Being able to eat massively will be worth it.
