So I have been sitting on this e-book by Thibs for awhile, I was going to give the Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde a go, but this one looked more extreme.
Day 1: Lower Body
This workout was a beast, I understand why Thibs calls them stutter reps. My legs were shaking after the compound moves. I always felt Lunges were usless, until today.
- Note on stutter steps* They remind me of “x-reps” from ironman magazines stuff… BUT stutters are way more effective.
My diet is high protein/ high fat 6 days a week with the 7th being a cheat day.
