Hello everyone,
I’m reading “Get Jacked … Fast” by Christian Thibaudeau (I’ll start the program next week) and don’t understand the meaning of the routine “back and forth”.
How should I do the exercises if I find, for example, 2 in “back and forth”?
Thank you all.
P.S. I had tried to write on this old topic (http://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding/get_jacked_fast_omg), but I think it’s close …
It means that you alternate between both

Thanks coach.
So, if I have :
A1 Squat 4 set rest 75"
A2 Leg curl 4 set rest 75"
I do : 1 set A1, rest 75", 1 set A2, rest 75"… It’s right?
Sorry for my english, I’m italian

That is correct
Hi coach,
I Have another question : I do my workout usually at 6 am,without eat anything, so i consume the PWO and later (1 half/1 hour after workout) I consume my breakfast.
Is this correct or it is better to eat somewhat when I rise up before training?
Again, sorry for my english!
Thanks

The best would be a liquid carbs/protein mix like PLAZMA before your workout, then the post-workout (MAG-10 for example) and a solid meal 60-90 minutes after

It is much better to eat or at least get liquid protein/carbs like Christian said.
Coach, I have to eat the PWO also after the metabolic workout?

This is for avoid catabolism, correct?
25g of peanut/almonds can be enough? I think I can add a fruit but I would not eat too many carbs in first 2 week.
