Hi coach,I Have another question : I do my workout usually at 6 am,without eat anything, so i consume the PWO and later (1 half/1 hour after workout) I consume my breakfast.Is this correct or it is better to eat somewhat when I rise up before training?Again, sorry for my english!Thanks
The best would be a liquid carbs/protein mix like PLAZMA before your workout, then the post-workout (MAG-10 for example) and a solid meal 60-90 minutes after

This is for avoid catabolism, correct?25g of peanut/almonds can be enough? I think I can add a fruit but I would not eat too many carbs in first 2 week.
